Tina J. Soloski

Tina J. Soloski is an attorney and law partner at Anderson & Soloski, She has focused her practice primarily in the areas of criminal defense, divorce, child custody, child support and real estate. 

Tina received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Keuka College in 1996 and a Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law in 1999. She was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2000.
 
Tina spent six years as a prosecutor for Essex County, New York. As an assistant district attorney, she conducted investigations, hearings, grand jury presentations, misdemeanor and felony jury trials. For a short period, Tina was the Domestic Violence Attorney for the Violence Against Women’s Act grant and was responsible for the administration of the Governor’s Traffic Safety Committee grant at that office.
 
Tina is a former trustee of the Samaritan Family Counseling Center and a former executive officer for the Clinton County Bar Association. She is currently a board member for the Child Care Coordinating Council of the North Country, Inc.
 
Tina J. Soloski is a member of the Clinton County Bar Association and New York State Bar Association and has been admitted to the United States Supreme Court. She is currently a board member for the Child Care Coordinating Council of the North Country, Inc.

Tina J. Soloski

Mark E. Anderson

Law partner, Mark E. Anderson is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts. He received his Juris Doctor from Vermont Law School, cum laude. Mark spent several years as a Clinton County Assistant District Attorney conducting investigations, hearings, grand jury presentations and misdemeanor and felony jury trials.

In 1998, Mark became First Assistant District Attorney for Essex County where he prosecuted major crimes until 2002.
 
In 2002, Mark opened his own practice in Plattsburgh, New York. He now focuses primarily on state and federal criminal defense, divorce, child custody, and bankruptcy.

Mark is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court and U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of New York. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the New York Defender’s Association and the Clinton County Bar Association.
